About Tile Trio
Tile Trio is a relaxing matching puzzle with a sharp twist. Colourful tiles are piled up in layers, and only the bright tiles on top can be picked. Tap a tile to send it down to the tray; as soon as three identical tiles meet in the tray they vanish. The catch is that the tray only has seven slots, so every tap has to be planned.
Look ahead at the tiles that are about to be uncovered, pair up symbols that are already waiting, and save the three helpers for emergencies: Undo, Return 3 and Shuffle. Each cleared board leads to a bigger level with more layers and more symbols. Relaxed, Classic and Expert modes let you choose how tough the climb is.
How to play
- Tap a bright tile to move it into the tray. Dim tiles are covered.
- Three matching tiles in the tray vanish and score points.
- If all seven slots fill without a match, the run is over.
- Each level has one Undo, one Return 3 and one Shuffle.

Tile Trio takes the tile-matching idea of Mahjong solitaire and adds a tray with only seven slots. Every tap is a commitment, so the game rewards looking ahead rather than tapping quickly.
Tips to score higher
- Prefer tiles that complete a pair already waiting in the tray.
- Uncover the tall stacks first; the bottom layers hide the tiles you need.
- Never fill the tray with five different symbols.
- Save Return 3 for when the tray is nearly full.
