These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of playnovarc.com and all games, content and features offered there (the "Service"), operated by PlayNovarc ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
2. Licence to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the Service and play the games in a web browser for your own non-commercial entertainment. No account is required and no fee is charged.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, download for redistribution, re-host, frame, mirror, sell, rent or sublicense any game, page or code of the Service;
- reverse engineer or modify the games except as permitted by applicable law;
- use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Service in a way that burdens it, or to generate artificial ad impressions or clicks;

You are welcome to link to any page of the Service and to share screenshots or videos of your gameplay for non-commercial purposes, provided you do not suggest any endorsement by us.

The Service, including its games, code, graphics, sound design, text, logos and the PlayNovarc name, is owned by PlayNovarc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Names of classic game genres such as Snake, Pong, Solitaire, Sudoku or Mahjong are used descriptively; any third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and their use does not imply affiliation.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or bug reports, you allow us to use them to improve the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.
6. Scores, progress and records
Scores, medals, levels and other progress are stored in your browser for entertainment only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged, and may be lost if you clear your browser data, change device or use private browsing. We do not guarantee their preservation.
7. Health and safety notice
Some games contain flashing lights, fast movement and patterns that may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy. If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition, consult a doctor before playing. Stop playing immediately if you experience dizziness, altered vision, muscle twitching or any discomfort. Take regular breaks and play in a well-lit room.
8. Advertising and third-party links
The Service displays advertising provided by third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content, products or services offered in ads or on external websites, and your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend or remove any game or feature at any time, with or without notice. We aim to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayNovarc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayNovarc from any claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our privacy policy, cookie policy and disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the English version prevails.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
