About Word Search
Word Search hides a themed list of words inside a grid of letters: animals, fruits, space, sports, countries or colours. Drag across a word to circle it. The puzzle follows the site language, so switching to Arabic gives you a fully Arabic grid and word list.
Easy hides words across and down on an 8×8 grid, Normal adds diagonals on 10×10, and Hard hides ten words in every direction, even backwards, on a 12×12 grid. Every grid is new, and the clock is your score.
How to play
- Press on the first letter and drag to the last.
- Found words are highlighted and crossed off the list.
- A hint circles the first letter of a word but adds 15 seconds.

Tips to score higher
- Look for rare letters first, such as Q, Z, X or J; they stand out in the grid.
- Scan one row at a time for the first letter of a word, then check all eight directions.
- Search for double letters like EE or LL; they are easy to spot.
- Find the longest words first; they fill more of the grid.
