About Neon Echo
Neon Echo is a memory game of light and sound. Each pad plays its own musical note. Watch the sequence, then repeat it in the same order. Every round adds one more step, so the pattern keeps growing until you slip.
Train your memory in Classic, keep up with a quicker tempo in Fast, repeat each pattern backwards in Reverse, or take on six pads at once. You have five seconds for each press.
How to play
- Watch and listen as the pads light up.
- Tap the pads in the same order, or use the arrow keys or 1-6.
- Your score is the longest sequence you repeat correctly.
About Neon Echo
Neon Echo is a pattern-memory game in the spirit of the electronic toy Simon from 1978: watch the pads light up with their tones, then repeat the sequence. Each round adds one more step.
Tips to score higher
- Use the sound as well as the colour; your ears remember melodies well.
- Group the sequence into chunks of three or four, like a phone number.
- Name the pads by position (up, right, down, left) and repeat the words silently.
- In Reverse mode, say the chunk forwards first, then reverse each chunk.
